Reservation System Instructions (.pdf)
Please Note:
In order to make appointments with the Advising & Records
Office, check out equipment in Dole, or reserve editing stations,
students must have an active KU email address. If you have
your KU email forwarded to an outside account (i.e. Yahoo,
AOL, GMail, etc.), you must “un-forward” it in
order to gain access to the reservation capabilities.
To revoke this forwarding process, follow the following steps:
- Go to http://www.ku.edu/technology/online.shtml.
- Click on the link for Manage Exchange Accounts.
- Follow the directions to send all email to your KU account.
- Once your KU email has been reactivated, you can check
it at www.mail.ku.edu.
If you have any complications, you can contact the KU Computer
Help Desk at (785) 864-0200, or stop by the Help Desk Window,
in Room 202 of the Computer Center building.
