Journalism Career Fair - 2012

Each year, more than 200 students meet with employers during our career fair. Students and employers interact in "mini interviews." These will make it easier for you to narrow the field from the résumés you receive, and will save time by visiting with students on campus. At our career fair, you will meet fine young journalists and communicators who want to speak with you about opportunities to gain real-world experience at your organization. Students are looking for both internships and entry-level jobs. We are eager for you to become one of the employers who will participate in this year's career fair.

Mark your calendar for Thursday, March 1, 2012. The Journalism Career Fair will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Kansas Room of the Kansas Union. The cost for a table is $50.00, one of the lowest registration fees among local universities. Please return the registration form and a registration check by Wednesday, February 22, 2012. (Please note that we do not accept credit card payments.)

We appreciate your ongoing support of KU's School of Journalism. The career fair is an excellent way to network with the next generation of journalism and communications professionals. We hope you will attend!
