May 12: Campaigns presentation to the KU Alumni Association by Tim Bengtson’s class,
beginning at 10:30 a.m. in the Adams Alumni Center. Each of the five teams will present
research and recommendations on how the association should strengthen its Traditions
Keeper program, which seeks to attract undergraduates to what is essentially a student alumni association.

May 12: Campaigns presentation to the Kansas Humanities Council by Tien Lee’s class,
beginning at 1 p.m., Alderson Auditorium of the Kansas Union.

May 16: Finals end.

May 17: Journalism Graduate Recognition Ceremony, 8:30 a.m., Lied Center,

May 18: KU Commencement. Shanxi Upsdell will carry the banner. Tim Bengtson and Sue Novak will be faculty marshals for journalism.

June 15-19: Kansas Journalism Institute for high school journalists and teachers.
