Penny Hodge is the administrative assistant to the dean in the main office of the School of Journalism, in 200 Stauffer-Flint.

Previously she was with the KU Center for Environmentally Beneficial Catalysis, an NSF-funded research center, where she worked in human resources and event planning. She has been an accounting specialist with the KU Department of Mechanical Engineering and worked in program registrations and planning at KU Continuing Education.

Earlier she was a customer service manager for Dillons stores for 23 years.
