| Barbara Spurlock Moffet, 1973 grad, is Communications Director for National Geographic, handling media relations, environmental projects and work with scientific research grantees, who receive funding for field research, exploration and conservation projects. Moffet also helped create National Geographic's Explorers-in-Residence program, which supports the work of the world's leading explorers. |
